Shipping Policy - Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment has been received. We normally ship via Canada Post within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. For international orders, please email us your address and we will send you a shipping quote.

Return policy - We believe our products are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition, with original packaging and tags, within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned goods.

Refund policy - Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days. We will also notify you by email when the refund is complete.
